I want to send you a long overdue thank you for the wireless broadband service you provide to your customers in Orfordville, WI. I was one of the first ones to be signed up in our village. I must say the broadband service I receive exceeds my expectations in both performance and availability. What a productivity boost! For about the cost of an ISP and a dial-up phone line, I get service that is many times faster and more reliable. I can't remember the last time the service was down after the initial startup tuning and changes. The few times it has been down, T6 technicians had it back very quickly (a couple outages were my own fault). As a comparison for service quality, my son in Milwaukee lost his broadband on Monday and it is scheduled to be fixed on Friday. When I told my brother (an I/T manager for a medium sized company) about T6 service and speed, he just said "Wow!" . He pays the same price for half the speed in the village where he lives and they have two broadband providers to chose from. The cost of this service can easily be justified in just avoiding one or two trips to the office to get caught up on work or get access to broadband. In addition to the great service, when I call in I can actually get to a real person if I need to talk to someone. Theresa is very competent, professional and helpful - an overall delight to talk to. Everyone at T6 has always been treated me with respect - from the owner to the receptionist to the technicians. I work with computer technology and strive hard to keep excellent customer satisfaction. T6 obviously has the same customer service values as I do.

I can't say enough about T6Broadband! I was the first customer in Belvidere, A "test" subject before the actual rollout of their service. I have been extremely impressed with the service since the very beginning. They have been exceptionally consistent and reliable. The people involved are exceptional too. Very friendly and always willing to answer any questions I may have.
At one time I worked for a wireless internet company and I can state that even though they were a large international company, T6Broadband has far surpassed that company in the reliability of their service. Many people I know have DSL or cable service. T6 gives me bragging rights when I listen to them complain about their broadband service. It's my opinion that T6 has set the standards for all broadband internet companies.

After living living in the Belvidere, Poplar Grove area for almost 25 years, I have experienced all kinds of internet connections. First of all we had to use phone numbers (dial up) that were long distance & pay terrible phone bills. After a while an ISP comes along that had local phone numbers, but had problems either getting on the internet or
getting knock off all the time. Unbelievably slow!!! Heard about T6 - signed up - Now I feel like I'm in Heaven - on all the time & no problems. Greatest thing that could have happened to the area.

| If you're reading this, you are either a current T6 Broadband subscriber or, you are considering making T6 Broadband your provider. While I have only been a subscriber for a short time, I feel the need to write about my experiences.
I saw T6 Broadband at the Boone County Fair in August and signed up immediately. It was installed shortly thereafter. Since installation, I have had numerous occasions to call and ask questions. On every occasion, I was greeted with a friendly, helpful attitude and every question was answered and every concern removed.
The customer service at T6Broadband is without exception, the best.
As for speed, I just can't say enough. I am on line when I want to be and never am I kicked off. I used to take hours to do what I can now do in a few minutes with the speed and reliability of T6Broadband.

I jumped on the T6Broadband offer when it first came out and I'm glad I
did. It's always on and it's super fast compared to my old dial up method
with AOL. I highly recommend it.

| I have been using a satellite hookup for several years and they did not continue to maintain their group connections so I was unable to use VPN and the response from a site was often very slow.
So far everything with T6 Broadband has worked very well and they were responsive during the installation glitches, solved them quickly and the service seems great!
